Free Ground Shipping:
Our UPS Ground shipping option is free on orders that total over $50.00 and applies only to the 48 Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii can't be shipped by this method. Shipping time is 4-7 business days.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping:
All air freight carriers reserve the option to extend delivery time by 24 hours for all residential deliveries. This is beyond Replacementshocks.com's control and shipping costs will NOT be refunded for this reason. Orders must be recieved no later than 4pm EST.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping:

If you need your order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii the best shipping option to pick would be 2nd day air. We usually use Airborne Express or US Mail. Shipping time is about 2-5 business days.

International Shipping:

For most international orders we use FedEx shipping. Normal delivery time to be expected is 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order. You will be charged separately for shipping after the weight and amount are calculated. We are not responsible for delays in customs. We charge a $12 handling fee on all international orders.

Replacementshocks.com offers a 21 day return policy. We charge a 20% restocking fee unless it was our fault. All freight must be pre-paid by the customer. To return a part you MUST email shipping@replacementshocks.com your order number, part number for return, reason, full name and email address.
